~ Over 20 years of experience as a retired Police Sergeant with SWAT & Detective experience and 22 years of service in the US Army. Spencer has experience in farm and ranch as well as the performance horse industry.Both Brad, Spencer and the entire VINCI team are passionate about helping filmmakers get the "right" actions on scene that engages professionals watching their industry on screen.
